Payments and Shipping

We always make sure that your order is despatched as efficiently as possible and it is delivered within the specified timeframe. If you have any problems then we are here to help, so please contact us as soon as you can, and we will put 100% into making sure that we can resolve any issues. If you require a specific time for your goods to arrive we can also offer non-standard shipping times, at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details if the standard delivery options do not suit you.

All standard next day delivery charges are to mainland UK postal destinations only. Where you may be ordering outside the regions covered by our couriers standard charges, i.e, some highland and island destinations, and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will be applicable. We will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of this additional cost.

All our web orders are despatched via Royal Mail or UK Mail (a division of Business Post). As soon as your goods are despatched we will notify you via e-mail.

If you need to track the progress of your delivery please contact us and we can help with this process.

All orders on the website are processed via Elavon (secure Debit and Credit card payments). We no longer accept Paypal due to their unreasonable business practices and exhorbitant charges. At no time do we see your card details. Elavon collect card details via a secured payment page and you can be sure that your payment is processed safely throughout your purchase.

If we experience any problems in processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone to resolve any issues, similarly if you experience any problems ordering from the site or need any help in placing your order then please call us. We are here to help.

DELIVERY

Depending on which delivery option you select at the checkout, orders will either be despatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded post or by UK Mail courier service.

Orders will generally take 2-3 workings days to deliver providing the requested items are currently in stock. If there is an issue with your order or if we think it may take long than expected you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.

All goods will be securely packaged. If you believe this was not the case, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery pricing is based on package size and weight.

 

We are happy to provide next day/express delivery service.  Select the option at the checkout. If you would like to enquire about the costs of such a delivery, please contact us.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping to EU countries can be arranged on request.  Please contact us for pricing.
